When are points added for online orders?
After your order is fully paid. For cash on delivery, that is once you have paid on delivery. You will then see the points in your account.
How many points do I need to redeem?
At least 100 ePoints on the website. Each point takes Rs 1 off your order.
Do my points expire?
Points expire if you make no new purchase within one year. When you buy again after that, your points are reactivated.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The programme is completely free: there is no sign-up or membership fee.
